There are plenty of ways everyone can get involved and we’re hoping you’ll find the one that’s right for you.
Between the 1st and 7th of February, Fitness First gyms will be opening their doors for everyone to find out more about getting fit and healthy. There'll be lots of different activities on offer for you to try as well a friendly staff on hand to give you all the encouragement, information, tips and advice to get you started or try something new.
You can take part by downloading a FREE guest membership to visit a local Fitness First club by clicking HERE. See below for more information about the daily activities available at your nearest gym.
