Know your limits
Did you know that a 250ml glass of wine or a pint of beer can contain about the
same number of calories as a sausage roll?
Do you know how your drinking habits affect your health and fitness?
Fitness First and International Fitness Week are linking up with the Government's Know
Your Limits campaign to help you understand how much you are really drinking, and
offer help to stay within your limits.
