International Fitness Week Get Involved

Welcome to International Fitness Week - your chance to discover how much fun getting active can be!

International Fitness Week is about inspiring people across the world to make a healthier lifestyle change by finding out what kind of fitness activity suits them best and getting involved! Why not join the movement!

Between the 1st and 7th February over 400 gyms across 15 countries are opening their doors and offering everybody the opportunity to train for FREE and try something new in a bid to make the world a fitter place!

So why not go along to your nearest club where you'll find all the help and motivation you need to start to get fitter and healthier- whether you want to tone up, lose weight or simply become more active there's something for everyone to try. There'll also be experts on hand to answer any questions you have or just to show you what's on offer.

Mel B is the face of International Fitness Week and a great ambassador around the world with her knowledge, enthusiasm and passion. "International Fitness Week is a great idea and I want to encourage everybody in the world to become totally fit," said Mel. "We want International Fitness Week to make people realise how good they can feel by exercising regularly."
